This class is all about mastering techniques that ingredients you have on hand to make deliocus, flexible and empowering meals at home.
We're making handmade pasta and homemade fresh cheese
Handmade Pasta
- Linguini Noodles w. Cherry Tomatoes & Basil
- Hand-Rolled Ravioli w. Summer Corn & Ricotta
* Homemade Ricotta
- Arugula Salad w. Peaches, Homemade Ricotta and Marcona Almonds
- Chocolate, Almond & Smoked Salt Toffee
This is a Vegetarian menu and nuts may be omitted
We'll begin the class by making an egg dough using Italian 00 flour and while the dough rests, we'll prepare fresh ricotta (it's easier than you think!) which we'll use paired with out pasta and our salad.
Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a multi-course meal.
At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.
Yes! We host Private Cooking Parties, Cooking Birthday Parties, Team Building, Client Entertainment and more. Virtual Cooking Classes with or without Ingredient Kits are also available
Covid precautions:
Frequent and thorough hand-washing is the core of all work in the kitchen.
We are following CDC guideliness and local mandates and masks are not required for vaccinated individuals.
Every participant is provided their own apron and side towel and we have established additional work stations to spread out the cooking activity.
