Free Cooking Class - Open to AllBack by popular demand! Over the last year, Josey Chu, founder of Madame Chu's Asian Delicacies, has shared her wit, wisdom and meal-prep know-how with Co-op shoppers. Food will be served to all in attendance.
About this Class
This class will be offered in the Co-op Community Room.
The Community Room is located in the southeast corner of the Brio Building.
You can reach the Community Room by walking into the Co-op, through the Produce Aisle and turning down the hallway to the right. (Complete directions will be provided in your RSVP confirmation email.)
The room features floor-to-ceiling windows, with views of Jackson Street to the Riverwalk. It is a comfortable space, bathed in natural light, making it a perfect place for trying a new class.
Four family-style bathrooms are located conveniently nearby.

About Josey Chu
Josey Chu is a Singaporean native who graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently lives in Sun Prairie, Wis. The taste of her native Singapore has always been her comfort foods. She has been cooking and sharing her traditional Southeast Asian cuisine with her family and friends for decades. Based on rave reviews, Josey finally decided to produce and share the flavors of her grandmother’s recipes by recreating a collection of sauces and pastes.
