We'd love for you to join us for another afternoon of gluten free deliciousness! Not only will we have gluten free food and bakery vendors, but we will also have some special guests! Two nutritionists from UW Health will come to discuss label reading basics and some basic tips for avoiding cross contamination in the kitchen. The presentation will happen at 4pm and they will be available for questions afterward.
