Here is the tentative itinerary:11/27/2024 Bus will leave Elkview, WV promptly at 6:00 AM. Please be at the lot by 5:30 AM. Pickup location will be Mt Pleasant Baptist Church parking lot. 58 Mount Pleasant Drive, Elkview WV 25071
11/27/2024 Bus will have a pickup at the Walmart 369 Scott Fork Rd, Sutton, WV 26601 at approx 7 AM. Please be at the lot by 6:30 AM. Pickup will be at the lot closest to the road and garden center.
11/27/2024 Bus will have a pickup at Walmart, 550 Emily Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301 at approx. 8:00 AM. Please be at the lot by 7:30 AM. Pickup location will be at the Walmart parking lot, Section close to the road & Burger King. This will also be a rest room break. (45 Minutes)
11/27/2024 Lunch Stop – Valley Mall 17301 Valley Mall Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740 approx. 11:15 AM (1 Hour). Food court and restaurants to choose from. Lunch on your own.
11/27/2024 Bus will stop at TA Travel Center,975 NJ-173 Bloomsbury, NJ 08804 at approx. 3:30 PM for a rest room break (30 minutes) There is also a small Flying J next door.
11/27/2024 Bus should arrive at approximately 5:45 PM in NYC at our hotel. Hotel will be the Hilton New York Fashion District 152 W 26th St, New York, NY 10001. Check into your room and experience NYC that evening.
11/28/2024 Happy Thanksgiving!! Start the day by securing a watching spot for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Enjoy the day after the parade experiencing all that the Big Apple has to offer.
11/29/2024 Black Friday in NYC-We are doing something different this year and spending additional time in the city!!! You can check out at anytime you wish, as long as it is before the posted check out time(TBD). The hotel will store your bags until we leave that evening. Enjoy another day in NYC. We will meet back at the hotel at 9:15 to begin loading the bus for departure home at 10:00PM. Bus will depart promptly at 10:00 PM. Sleep on the bus.
11/30/2024 Scheduled Rest/Safety Break Bus will stop at I-81 South Rest Stop - Grantville PA, 325 Shells Church Rd, Grantville, PA 17028 at approx. 1:00 AM. (30 minutes)
11/30/2024 Drop off in Clarksburg Walmart at approx. 6:45 AM.
11/30/2024 Final Drop off in Elkview at approximately 8:45 AM.
