Are you feeling lost in the wilderness that is health and nutrition? Are you constantly feeling like you are dieting but nothing is working? You keep hearing about macros or the importance of protein but don’t know where to start? You put time in the studio or gym, but feel like nutrition is your missing puzzle piece? You are hitting midlife and it feels like your metabolism came to a dead stop? Megan will break down the basics of macro nutrition and tracking macros, giving you a starting point to begin your macro journey with easy-to-understand advice, quick tips, and take-a-ways to start implementing new nutritional protocols right away.
Workshop includes handouts with main talking points for future reference, practical tips, science-backed knowledge, and room for personal reflection during the workshop. Each attendee will also receive a $10 OFF one of Megan's Macro Count services!

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes as we may go through some light movement/stretching and bring anything you like for comfort as we will be seated on the studio floor (items available @TW) - Please bring a journal to take notes and water. Hydration Advised!
