Come join us at Camborne Library for a fun and creative session where we'll be making Macramé Keychains! No experience necessary, just a willingness to have a good time. All materials will be provided, so just bring yourself and your enthusiasm. See you there!
"Macrame is a textile craft based on making decorative knots using string or macrame cord. It allows you to create patterns to make everything from the classic plant hanger to bags, jewellery and wall hangings. It is believed that macrame originated from Arab weavers and then travelled to Spain and Italy reaching the UK in the 17th century."
