- 10 AM – 11:30 AM: Term Sheet Mark-Up Challenge
Receive a realistic term sheet mirroring those encountered by founders seeking investment. Time to channel your inner Harvey Specter and mark-up clauses that may pose challenges for your startup clients. Draft counter-suggestions to safeguard founder interests.
- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Network and Chill

- 12:30 PM – 1 PM: Winner Announcement and Debrief
