At Bravo Maine ! We want the cooking classes to be a fun entertainment occasion and more than just a cooking demonstration.

Hands-on class and demo lead by a professional Chef. You'll learn the art and science behind macarons, how to make the cookie shells with the French method and as well as making amazing filling flavors. You get to take home all of the macarons you make

Your safety is our priority: 6 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step
