About this Event
During this class you wil llearn how to make French Macarons from start to finish! Katie will guide you as you complete each step from whipping your egg whites to achieving the elusive perfect macronage. Filling options will be provided for you but feel free to bring your favorite jam, buttercream or any other ingredients you'd like to see incorporated into your confections!
You will be able to sample some of our macarons while you wait for yours to finish baking as well as take home your new creations. Each participant will take home approximately one dozen macarons. Light refreshments will be provided for this event as well as one complimentatry glass of wine for participants over 21.
No baking experience is required for this class and all equipment and ingredients will be provided by Cape May Macarons.
All macarons will be gluten free and peanut free.
