BVM Macaron ClassJoin our intimate macaron-making class and master one of the most challenging dessert recipes with ease!
Topic: Summer Neapolitan Flavors (Vanilla, Chocolate Ganache, Strawberries & Cream)
Date and Time: Sunday, July 7, 2024 - 2:00 - 4:00-ish PM (if raining, class will take a little longer)
In this class, you will:
Learn key steps and techniques for making macarons, including meringue, macaronage, piping, baking, and filling
Properly pipe, fill, assemble, and decorate macarons
Learn to make classic fillings: vanilla bean, chocolate ganache, and strawberries & cream buttercreams
You'll take home:
One dozen macarons
A packet of our tips and tricks for future home-baking adventures!
All Supplies Included: Though BVM provides all ingredients and class supplies, students may bring a non-alcoholic drink, apron, and a light jacket. Please wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing
Class Fee: $75 per student (age 21 and older)

Please complete your Release of Liability Form before the class begins.
72-hour cancellation policy: Spots are reserved with full payment. To cancel, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class will not be refunded.
Class starts promptly at 2:15 PM.
Concerning wine/spirits and cocktails, guests will receive one pour per course.

Allergy Notice: All of Bonne Vie Macarons' macarons are made with almond flour, and some of our macarons and fillings contain nuts. Nuts are not part of every recipe, but trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our products. Most of the fillings contain cream or butter. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products. No allergy accommodations or alternatives will be made for this class.
