You’ll learn the fundamentals of macaron making, from mixing and piping unique snowman shapes to tinting, decorating, and assembling them with silky Italian meringue buttercream. Chef Mikaela will also walk you through flavoring techniques to create fillings that are as delightful as they are delicious.
By the end of class, you’ll head home with a cheerful collection of snowman macarons and the confidence to recreate these seasonal sweets in your own kitchen all winter long!
