Come bake vanilla bean macarons with us, using the Italian meringue method. Students will learn how to make ganache along with a Swiss meringue buttercream demonstration. Students take home between 3-4 dozen macarons and will work alone during this hands on, informative class.Ages 16+, 3.5-4 hour class.
