More than just a café owner, Jamie is passionate about nourishing the McMinnville community with fresh, flavorful creations. After launching a food cart in 2021 to share her love for handheld crepes, she took the next step in 2023 by purchasing Local Flow—formerly known as Health Bar—and making it her own. By blending her signature crepes with Local Flow’s beloved bowls, smoothies, and juices, Jamie has created a menu that’s both exciting and wholesome. Her dedication to the community goes beyond food, as she strives to cultivate a space that brings people together, fosters well-being, and contributes to the vibrant downtown restaurant scene.
