What is MAC?
MAC is a methodology developed by Alex de Carvalho over the course of his 28 years of experience that deconstructs Brazilian Zouk movements into key elements to understand them better and map the ways in which the dance is and can be built.
Alex de Carvalho’s training aims to clearly identify Brazilian Zouk in all its different lines; the physical, technical, therapeutical, strategical, theoretical and ethical aspects of that dance will be thoroughly approached. It ensures that you are equipped to become a good dance instructor.
The training includes more than 30 professionals highly qualified and recognized in their own fields, in 9 modules. They will be providing conferences and objective demonstrations to explain each subject approached.
This ticket is only for the first phase of the first 5 modules.
To the registered student:
- Access to all 5 modules parties of the admission year in Paris;
- 100% free access to all 5 modules and eventual summary in any country around the world;
- Access to in-person classes, access to live broadcasts via Zoom and access to videos registered and saved on the Podia platform.
When passing the exam:
Those earn their certificates of approval at MAC course, will have the following tights and benefits:

- Right of usage of the MAC© label for personal promotion of Brazilian Zouk courses;
