Join us for a special evening on December 19th at 7:00 PM as the MABC Choir and MABC Emerging Artists Program Fellows come together for a festive celebration of music at the Madison Avenue Baptist Church.
The event will feature the remarkable voices of the MABC Choir, comprised of world-class vocalists including soprano Jenny Lindsey, mezzo-soprano Karen Rich, alto Alex De Suze, tenor Richard Binder, baritone Brian Long, and bass Doug Shapiro.
Joining them will be the talented Emerging Artists Program Fellows: Haitian-American soprano Chantal Freeman, Pakistani-American soprano Samina Aslam, Russian-American soprano Anna Aistova, American mezzo-soprano AddieRose Brown, Venezuelan-American tenor Andres Penalver, Chinese-American tenor Teddy Lei, and American baritone Blake Austin Brooks.
The evening’s program includes Mozart’s Coronation Mass and selections from Haydn’s Creation, accompanied by piano, promising an enchanting blend of classical music and holiday spirit.
MABC’s Madison Sounds and Emerging Artists programs are committed to nurturing emerging talent by providing aspiring artists with vital performance opportunities and training, reflecting the historic church’s mission and values of love and inclusion.
