• You like to give back and share what you know, but not sure how
• You want to level up in a specific skill
• You want to move into management after being an individual contributor

Whether you're just starting out, or a seasoned pro, we want to offer you a safe place to practice skills and grow your goals.

Because this is a Mutual Mentorship model, we want to empower everyone to share their knowledge and experience as well as find new ways to grow.

We encourage you to bring projects you're working on to get feedback from our community.

A passionate advocate for social impact, she specializes in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a focus on marginalized community groups.
