Come join us at Löyly Sauna Lounge for an uplifting experience with our Women's Group event! Connect with like-minded individuals in a serene setting. Naomi Ring of Tsunami Coaching will guide you through empowering exercises and discussions to help you overcome overwhelm, practice self-care, and provide you with tools you can use in your day-to-day life to feel a shift.

The workshop includes a guided contrast therapy session together to release what is no longer serving you in the cold plunge and meditate in the sauna around your intentions.
