Join us for a relaxed and lively evening where fresh pasta and award-winning bourbon share the table.
Hosted by Carmella Alvaro, Founder of Melina’s Pasta & Il Laboratorio, and Dina Coker, Co-Founder of Lythgoe Bourbon, this guided tasting focuses on two Lythgoe Bourbon expressions, with time to explore the story behind the brand, the craft of small-batch bourbon, and plenty of room for questions and conversation.
Dina will lead guests through a tasting of:
- Lythgoe Bourbon Founders’ Collection, a 9-year, award-winning Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey
- Lythgoe Bourbon Pauline’s Victory, the brand’s just-released, small batch, 8-year Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey
Each bourbon will be paired with a thoughtfully prepared small plate from Carmella, inspired by her Italian heritage and love of fresh pasta.
Whether you are a bourbon enthusiast, a devoted pasta lover, or simply looking for a fun and unique way to spend a Friday night, this experience is designed to be welcoming, delicious, and memorable.

- Two sessions: 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm
