Lyons karate are hosting our annual seminar. funds raised will be split between club funds and CRY ( cardiac risk in the young)4 hours of quality instruction in a variety of martial arts. Not only great fun, educational but in a good cause too.
Anyone who attends our course are welcome to attend our Xmas celebrations and annual awards later that evening.
