Welcome to Lympsham Musical TheatreLympsham Musical Theatre ( a subgroup of AGK Music Services) is a brand-new performance group for adults and young people aged 16+, based at the heart of the community in Lympsham Manor Hall.
Our mission is simple: to create exciting, high-quality productions that bring people together through the magic of musical theatre. From well-known classics to original works, we aim to give our members and audiences unforgettable theatrical experiences.
Who We Are
Unlike many traditional societies, Lympsham Musical Theatre is managed directly by AGK Music Services, giving us the flexibility to focus on what matters most – making great theatre. We’re privately funded, which means we can remain independent and creative, while still delivering professional-standard productions.
Membership
We welcome anyone aged 16 and above with a passion for singing, dancing, and acting – whether you’re an experienced performer or completely new to the stage.
Adults (19+): £25 per month
Young Performers (16–18 in full-time education): £20 per month
Your membership covers weekly sessions and helps us fund rehearsal spaces, production costs, and all the essentials needed to bring our shows to life.
Rehearsals & Training:
We meet on Monday evenings, 7:00–8:30pm at Lympsham Manor Hall, during school term times.
Each session is carefully planned with a balance of:
- Singing: Developing vocal technique, harmonies, and ensemble work
- Dancing: Choreography, movement, and stage presence
- Acting: Character development, improvisation, and script work
Additional rehearsals may be scheduled closer to performances to ensure every production shines.
