The lymphatic system is an essential component of our immune system that helps eliminate toxins and waste from the body. You can think of it as your clean-up crew. Our lymphatics are responsible for transporting waste and toxins out of the tissues back to the bloodstream and regulating the immune response as a local communication mechanism within the tissues. Your lymphatic system creates an essential link for the immune cells to both monitor and respond to signals to increase or decrease immune and inflammatory responses. This also helps protect the body from threats like infections, bacteria and cancer while balancing fluid levels.
Yoga for lymph flow is a specially designed sequence which combines gentle movement, deep breathing, and soothing Yin and Restorative poses to naturally stimulate lymph flow, promote relaxation, and enhance your body’s natural detox process.
Whether you're looking to detox, relieve tension, reduce stress, or simply feel revitalized, this practice will help your body restore balance, support your body's natural detoxification and promote overall wellbeing.
We provide yoga mats and props.
Wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a water bottle.

About Ayesha:
Ayesha has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She is a Yoga Teacher Trainer at Rasa Flow Yoga School, 200 Hour International Yoga Allicance. Ayesha specializes in yoga for healing the body, she combines Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation in her classes to offer a therapeutic effect and a healing experience.

This new development is located behind the Port Coquitlam Community Centre at the intersection of Mary Hill Rd and Kelly Ave. You are welcome to park at the community centre.
To locate us using Google maps please use: 2388 Mary Hill Rd, Port Coquitlam. This is the address for the Montrose Sales Centre which will bring you towards the entrance of the building 2180 Kelly Ave, Rasa Flow Yoga.
Customer parking is available at Montrose Square. Head towards the roundabout and enter into the alley, Customer parking stalls are available at P1. 3 hour maximum, stalls: 1-7 & 32-48
