Put your hard work training in our classes to the test at the Love Your Body Lifting Party – Mini Comp Fundraiser for Roger Neilson House!With the support of your community and coaches, test your:
- Squat
- Deadlift
- Push Press
and earn a certificate showcasing your total weight lifted overall!
The registration fee is by donation and 100% of registrations will be donated. Donations can be made by e-transfer to [email protected]. Donations on site are also accepted
There will be fun prizes for multiple categories such as:
- Heaviest overall lifts
- Best Costume
- Best Hype Master (who cheers the hardest – we promise we won’t automatically give it to Steph Dadzie)
And many more!
We will also be hosting a community led bake sale – with all proceeds also being donated to Roger Neilson House.
