Set an intention, breathe deeply, and settle into stillness.Let waves of sound wash through you, crystal bowls, gong, drum and chimes, creating vibrations that calm the mind and release what the heart no longer needs.
Between the sounds, you’ll be guided through original poetry, words to anchor you, to remind you that peace is found
in the pauses between notes.
This evening is about:

I’ve written poetry since I was young, it’s always been where I go to understand and heal. Though I was published as a teen, it’s mostly been something I’ve kept to myself… until now.
I’m ready to open my heart and share a little more with you 🦋
~ In the quiet, I remembered
I was never lost at all.
Just buried under noise and rush,
beneath the weight of “stand up tall.”
But stillness found me, soft and true,
in sound, in breath, in gentle tone.
And in that space between each note,
I finally came home. ~
