What You Can Expect:
I will guide you through a 75-minute candlelit journey that begins with gentle breathwork and a short meditation. From there, I’ll play a range of soothing instruments — frosted quartz crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, twinkling bells, shimmering wind gong and a range of other beautiful resonating instruments — all designed to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
How Sound Healing Works:
Sound healing uses specific frequencies to help rebalance areas of stress and tension in the body. At The Sanctuary, this is your chance to pause, breathe, and simply be. Just lie back, close your eyes, and let the gentle sound vibrations wash over you.

Session Details:
Please bring:
✔️ A Yoga mat (to place on top of the memory foam mats I provide)
✔️ Warm blanket & cosy socks (you may feel cooler as your body relaxes)
✔️ Cushion for your head
✔️ Water
✔️ Optional extras: additional pillows or bolsters for support if required.
Please Note:
Sound healing is generally safe, but may not be suitable for those with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, pacemakers, metal implants, or if you're in the first trimester of pregnancy. If unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
