Tyler, Texas Three of Tyler’s community-based organizations:Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) – Rose City Chapter - chartered in Tyler in 1964; Aqaba Shriners Temple #173 Organized in 1947; and the Empowerment Community Development Corporation (ECDC) - organized in Tyler 2015, have announced an exciting new collaboration that blends purpose, partnership, and community fun.Together, these three dynamic organizations will host the first-ever “Luxurious Purse BINGO & More,” a two-night fundraiser designed to bring excitement, entertainment, and empowerment to East Texas.The event will take place Friday, December 12, and Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. nightly at the Veretta and Jesse E. Rider Fine and Performing Arts Centre, located on the Empowerment CDC Campus, 309 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Tyler.
