About this Event
These afternoon sessions will offer parents a well earnt rest where they can enjoy a cuppa, (biscuits are also provide), while a qualified Wildlife Trust member of staff will take your child through an immersive outdoor session where they will learn about nature to gain knowledge and discuss the challenges our environment is facing. Site visits will also be available to see different habitats in Luton (Woodland, Chalk Grassland, River). Activities will include tool use, nature art, fire lighting, team building games, mindfulness and will be based around the changing seasons and discussions of global change.
For ages 6-11 years.

Additional information
- Parents do not need to take part in the activities but will need to remain on site in case assistants is required during the session.
- If a session is sold out then please contact me to put your name on the waiting list. If you have bought a ticket and are unable to attend, please do let me know so we can give that space to another child -

- Thanks to the Heritage Lottery Fund these sessions are available at a subsidised rate as part of the Wilder Futures Project
- The benefits of joining the Wildlife Trust BCN include a reduced rate for events. Family membership is from £5 a month.
- Hot drinks will be provided for adults and juice for children.
