We are excited to invite you to the 2nd Marmot Town Annual Conference, taking place on 21st November from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the University of Bedfordshire Postgraduate Centre. This year’s theme, “Luton as a Marmot Town: The Social Responsibility for Promoting Health Equity,” will focus on dismantling structural inequalities and exploring their impact on our everyday lives.
Hosted by Sally Cartwright, Director of Public at Luton Council, we have some inspirational speakers and exciting developments to share with the Health Equity System.
Guest Speaker, Helen Goulden CEO Young Foundation, who in her current role leads a multi-disciplinary team of researchers and innovators.
We will have presentations from a variety of local organisations within the Health Equity System who are contributing to tackling health inequalities in Luton.
