You’re invited to an evening devoted to slowing down. Guided by Amy Miller of Healing Haus, this one-hour cacao ceremony will ease you from day to dusk, softening edges, inviting stillness, and reminding you how good it feels to pause, much like Lunya restwear does best.
Ceremonial cacao is its own ritual: rich in antioxidants and magnesium, long celebrated for its grounding, blissful qualities. Together, we’ll sip, breathe, and settle in.
