Patricia Bellan-Gillen is a Pittsburgh-based artist who works with a range of mediums and has a collection of her works on display in our Bright Gallery this semester. She is one of the two artists featured in the exhibition “Screams and Whispers,” with her intricate, grand-scale drawings that use imagery from fairytales and folklore in unexpected ways. Join us for a talk with the artist to learn more about her process and inspirations.Lunchtime Looks are short presentations and discussions led by speakers with a variety of interdisciplinary backgrounds, who offer unique perspectives on the Art Museum's exhibitions and collections.
