Pasty!Motor City Pasty Co. is the truck that started our lunchtime food truck series with their tasty, authentic Upper Peninsula Pasties. Haven't ever tried one? It's basically a hand-held savory pie with a flaky crust on the outside, filled with seasoned meats and veggies. The heated debate here in the Mitten State is whether you top your Pasty with gravy or ketchup.
