Lunchtime Meditation ClassCome and join our community of meditators in person on Tuesday and Thursday at lunchtime.
We teach two traditional meditation practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (or cultivation of lovingkindness).
These two complementary practices help us to develop awareness, integration, tranquillity and positive emotion.
Open to all experience levels, including newcomers.
No need to book: just turn up.
