Naomi will cover safety, and any effects you might experience during the session, before explaining the basic WHM breathing technique.
You’ll then bring your consciousness to body & breath for several rounds of WHM breathing. The class ends with a short meditation.
Breathwork is a respiratory workout!
A breathwork session will:
increase lung capacity
reduce inflammation
boost your immune system
reduce acidity in the body
give an adrenaline boost
produce your happy hormones
improve sports performance
aid better sleep
initiate a parasympathetic response in your nervous system (calm)
Super charge your body on a Thursday lunchtime!
You may want to bring with you: a water bottle and a warm layer or blanket.
Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach... so save your lunch for after!
If coming for the first time, please arrive 5 mins early to complete a short medical declaration.

When you arrive at Bristol Osteopaths. Press the buzzer for Yoga Loft, Naomi will buzz you in. Push the door and come up all the stairs to the loft.
