Luncheon: Ways to Build Genuine Community in the Modern World
Why is it feeling impossible to socialize and build genuine relationships these days? The old social infrastructure has disappeared, technology has replaced depth with distraction, and we're left with fewer organic ways to connect. In this interactive workshop with Janet King of the Gathering Lab, you'll learn why building genuine community feels so difficult right now, discover the research-proven conditions that create real connection, and practice techniques that move you past surface-level interactions to deeper friendship. You'll leave with new connections, practical tools, and a personalized action plan for finding your people in Birmingham.
