Lunch with Tom

What’s for lunch? Enjoy a gourmet mid-day meal prepared by Chef Tom and learn the techniques for how to make a delicious four course meal. Watch and learn as Tom prepares Mediterranean Shrimp, Fattoush Salad with Lemon-Pomegranate Dressing, Risotto, and Sauteed Apples with Ricotta for dessert. Buen apetito! (Bring your own non-alcoholic beverage.)

Location: Classes are held in our Community Room and Kitchen at Oryana West. The Community Room is in the back of the store near the restrooms and Wellness Department.

Cancellation policy - Classes are refundable up to 4 business days before the class. Please email us a [email protected] if you need to cancel. If you cancel less than 4 days before the class we cannot guarantee a refund.

About the instructor: Chef Tom Sisco is a retired, certified chef with more than 25 years of experience in everything from small restaurants to 4-star hotels. When he was in the 7th grade, his wise mother told him that if he was going to continue to love eating as he does, he would need to learn to cook. He took the hint to heart, enrolled in NMC’s Culinary Program, and made cooking his life’s trade.
