Jeffrey Sonnenfeld is the Senior Associate Dean for Leadership Studies and the Lester Crown Professor in Management Practice at Yale School of Management, and founder and president of the Chief Executive Leadership Institute. Previously, he was a tenured professor at Emory's Goizueta Business School and Harvard Business School. His research, published in over 100 scholarly articles, and his eight books are frequently cited by major media outlets. Recognized as the 2022 Professor of the Year by Poets & Quants Magazine for facilitating the exit of over 1,000 global businesses from Russia, he has also received numerous accolades for his impact on corporate boards and leadership. Sonnenfeld has advised U.S. government bodies on economic sanctions and business strategies and is listed among the world's most influential business school professors and corporate governance figures.
