June Lunch 'n' Learn is about navigating fear and uncertainty in relationships.
We will have a live demonstration involving our therapy horses and our new goat! Learn how to deal with fear and uncertainty in your relationships or life while witnessing the horses and the goat learn how to manage the fear and uncertainty of their new relationships. Learn a process for managing fear and uncertainty, while keeping yourself safe that you can use in your own life.
Great event for families, kids, adults, or anyone who:
- doesn't know how to be safe in uncertain situations
- has a fear of making friends, dating, or being in certain kinds of relationships
- feels isolated and lonely in their life
- wants to help others who are facing fear or uncertainty
- has a difficult time choosing safe friendships
- has an irrational fear they want to overcome
- has the kind of anxiety that keeps them from doing what they want or love
This is low pressure group environment where the focus will be on learning together in a casual, fun way.
