About this Event
Order lunch and join Convivium Farm Manager A.J. for this one-hour Lunch & Learn!
Worm composting is using worms to recycle food scraps and other organic material into a valuable soil amendment called vermicompost, or worm compost. Worms eat food scraps, which become compost as they pass through the worm's body. These worm castings are one of the best soil amendments and fertilizers nature provides! Vermicompost can be used both to help your indoor plants and your outdoor garden.
This lunch & learn is perfect for those who want to compost, but don’t have the space to manage an outdoor compost bin or are looking for a way to continue composting indoors during the winter months.
No registration required for this free event.
