Lunch & Learn: Shame and Guilt in Professional Relationships

This 90-minute session explores how shame and guilt show up in professional environments and how we can move through them in ways that support a healthy, connected workplace. Participants will learn to recognize how shame impacts communication and relationships, and walk away with tools to support emotional safety, self-awareness, and relational repair.

All participants will receive a copy of the Shame and Guilt in Professional Relationships guide. Lunch is provided during the session.
