Join Fordland Clinic for a free Lunch & Learn and Meet & Greet event focused on understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia, recognizing the warning signs, and learning about local support available for patients and caregivers.
Our healthcare team will discuss:
Early warning signs of Alzheimer’s and Dementia
How to support loved ones and yourself as a caregiver
How Medicare can help cover care and support services
Medicare coverage accepted.
After the presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to meet our providers, ask questions, and connect with others in our community who share your understanding of the challenges of memory loss.
