Leadership and management are often seen as distinct roles, but they are most effective when working together. This engaging presentation explores the traits that define both leadership and management, the symbiotic relationship between the two, and how one person can successfully embody both roles.
Drawing inspiration from Vice Admiral Grace Hopper’s insight, “You can’t manage men into battle, you lead people and manage stuff,” this session will highlight the practical application of these principles in the workplace, from corporate boardrooms to local civic organizations.
