About this Event
In our fast-paced work environments, communication practitioners often lack the time and resources to step back and measure the effectiveness of the work we do as a whole. An audit is an opportunity to take a 360° look at your current communication activities and invite perspectives from a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. By conducting an audit, you should expect to uncover what works and what doesn’t work, perception gaps, red flags and what really matters to your key audiences. Your audit results will help you create a roadmap for strategy, innovation, continuous improvement and organizational success. You will leave this program with a clear understanding of why communication audits are important, a foundation for a business case, what to expect from an audit, and how to use the results once the audit is complete.
