For many, the holiday season is a time to gather with family. And for many, that gathering can be joyful and/or quite complex. While we don’t always know how the time among family will unfold, we do know that it is and will be “storied” time, filled with the many narratives we carry – spoken and unspoken, past and present, individual and collective. Join Abby Ellis to learn more about our families of origin, the roles we play, the stories we hold, and how we might enter the coming holiday moments with kindness toward ourselves and others, curiosity, honor, and perhaps an invitation to a new way of living and being among those we call family.Participants will not be asked to share or divulge any personal information or family narratives but will receive information on how to enter into more meaningful work around family of origin, family narrative, and individual healing work should they be interested.
