Here's a sample of results: A single mom who had a full time job and was working on her college degree found she was putting off working on the final paper for a course. The deadline for the paper was a week away. She dreaded working on the paper and also hated that when she spent time with her kids, the looming deadline was constantly on her mind. After spending 15 minutes using the technique you'll experience at the lunch and learn, she outlined the paper within an hour and completed the paper the next day. She was able to be fully present with her children the rest of the week! She also received an 'A' for her grade.
Bio: Sandy Hunter of Hunter Facilitation LLC is a life coach who loves seeing her clients thrive. She uses proven techniques to help clients clarify their goals; clear negative thoughts, feelings, and memories; and take action towards achieving their goals. She is a Certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner and uses essential oils in some coaching sessions so clients can quickly and gently shift their thought patterns. She has lived in McPherson for over 20 years, volunteers with STEPMC, the McPherson Opera House, the McPherson Civil Discourse group, and her church. She enjoys strategy games, reading science fiction/fantasy novels, and travel.
