Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) is a collective issue for businesses in the city. To play our part in addressing this, we have teamed up with Babbasa to support businesses within the BID area with EDI.
As we launch this partnership, we invite you to a Lunch & Learn to find out more about the equality gap which exists within Bristol and how businesses can help close this gap, whilst simultaneously boosting creativity and innovation.
Speakers include Babbasa team members Sangeetha Wynter (Training & Inclusion Manager) and Urfan Ali (Senior Associate and Advisor).
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided free of charge.
Babbasa is a Queen’s Award-winning social enterprise founded in 2013 to tackle the rising youth unemployment, educational underachievement and decline in aspirations in Bristol’s diverse young communities. In 2021 Babbasa launched their Recruitment & Inclusion Services (BRIS) to support organisations to diversify their workforces and create inclusive work environments.
