The platform connects female professionals with role models and mentors, providing one-on-one career conversations and the opportunity to build meaningful connections.

vLookUp.ai is a pro bono digital global mentoring platform for women that connects them with role models and mentors. Our mission is to break access barriers and nurture more women talent pools by creating a support structure at every stage of their career.
Since launching in August 2021, our community has grown to include 267 mentors and 1000+ mentees from 20 industries, 300+ organizations, and 18 countries. We have enabled over 5000 hours of meaningful mentoring engagement for our members to date.
