Member Ticket Process:
*Members, if you have not logged into your account yet, go to LOG IN on the new website using the email associated with your membership and select forgot password.
Check your spam for your "rest password" email and follow the instructions. Go to the website and make sure you are logged in and your tickets will automatically be discounted. There are not 2 separate tickets for members & nonmembers. You add the ticket to your cart and the discount will be subtracted automatically.
- Members must do this process because we created a new account for you with your membership info, you just need to set your password.
After you do this, checking out for future tickets will be a breeze!
