Join me for a deeply relaxing lunch time sound meditation followed by a light lunch. Sound bath will last 45 - 50 mins, followed by a light lunch and herbal tea, where you will have the opportunity to sit and chat and enjoy the beautiful views across the hills.
In the sound bath, I will take you on an inner journey into the lower states of consciousness, where your body melts into deep relaxation, helping you to let go of any stress, anxiety or negative thoughts.
Experience the soothing waves of sound created by the Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Gong, shamanic drum and gentle percussion.
Therapeutic sound allows the whole body to move into a healing state, that is integrating, uplifting & rejuvenating.
Places are limited to 10 therefore bookings essential.
Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are available, but you are welcome to bring your own favourite items, blankets and Oodies to ensure your comfort and total relaxation. Please also bring a water bottle.
Doors open 11:50am for 12pm start.
