AlphaLISA® and AlphaLISA SureFire® Ultra platforms enable seamless translation from biochemical complex formation to cell-based degradation mechanisms of action. These no-wash assays require no cell line engineering, allowing direct evaluation of endogenous targets in primary cells, patient-derived models, and whole blood. Beyond measuring target degradation, orthogonal readouts support assessment of off-target effects, downstream pathway modulation, and cell proliferation.
