During 2024 the Club is subsiding social and other event costs at an average rate of £10 per unit per rally, meaning that members who attend 2 or more rallies effectively cover their membership costs.
An "easy going" get together on the banks of the Shropshire Union canal, where you can walk or cycle on the towpath, fish from the canal bank or just laze around in the sunshine!!
Nearby are Market Drayton (home of Gingerbread), Newport, Ironbridge (with its Gorge Museum) and Shrewsbury. There are many other attractions close by....Hawkstone Park Follies, Wollerton Old Hall, Dorothy Clive Garden, the RAF Museum at Cosford and the National Trust property at Attingham Park.
A meal in the Wharf Tavern pub and some on-site get togethers are the order of the day.
