Lunar NY Storytime, Lion Dance & Dumpling-making

Darebin Libraries and the Intercultural Centre are joining forces to celebrate Lunar New Year with a vibrant program of stories, songs, craft, dumplings and a spectacular Lion Dance!

The celebration begins at Preston Library with festive stories and bilingual songs, followed by a dazzling Lion Dance performance and dumpling-making demonstration at the Intercultural Centre - bringing the energy, excitement, and colours of Lunar New Year to life.

This is a free event however registration is essential.

This event has high sound levels. Sound cancelling headphones are recommended for people with sound sensitivites.
